Why it was built

Savyu runs partnership programmes with banks in which the banks’ relationship managers bring restaurant merchants onto Savyu’s products. That work happens in the field, across many people, and every merchant has to be tracked from the first visit to onboarding. These flows are what the programmes run on.

  1. InputA field visitA relationship manager meets a merchant.
  2. RuleRecordedEvery visit logged the same way.
  3. PersonFollow-upPeople decide what happens next.
  4. OutputTracked to onboardingManagers and the account team see the same status.

Results

  • 50+ relationship managers at partner banks use the flows (my LinkedIn profile, September 2026).
  • 400+ merchants in the VietABank programme’s first two months: a programme result, not mine alone. I led the campaign on the ground alongside 32 VietABank relationship managers.

What this page can and cannot show

The tools are internal to Savyu and its partner banks, so this page stays at the level already public. I can walk through them in a call.
