Your privacy

I count visits on this site so I can see what helps and what does not. It is done on the site's own server, with no ad trackers. This page lists exactly what is collected.

What I count

  • The pages you open, and the page you came from (the site you clicked from, and campaign tags in the link such as ref or utm).
  • Your approximate location: country, region and city, from your connection, as Cloudflare reports it.
  • Your device type, browser and operating system, and your screen size rounded to the nearest 50 pixels.
  • How long you stay on a page while you use it, how far down you scroll, and whether the page is still open (a small sign of life every minute).
  • Where you click on a page (its position and a short label such as the name of a button), so I can draw heatmaps. Never what you type.
  • Which steps of the booking form you reach, and taps on links to other sites, phone, email, Zalo and WhatsApp.
  • The app you opened a link in, if it was one (for example LinkedIn or Zalo), read from your browser's name.
  • The name of the network you connect from (for example your internet provider or your company), never your IP address.
  • Your time zone, and your local day and hour at the time of the visit.
  • For blog posts, how far down the article you got and whether you read to the end.
  • Pages that were not found, and technical errors on a page (a short message and the name of the file), so I can fix them.
  • The last booking form field you reached (its name only, never what you typed).

What I do not do

  • No ad trackers and no fingerprinting.
  • I never store your IP address or your browser's full details.
  • I never sell or share this data.
  • Form details reach me only when you send a booking. They go to me on Telegram and are stored in my database so I can answer you.
  • The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare also keeps its own cookie-free page counts, which I can see in its dashboard.

How visits are told apart

If you press Allow, your browser keeps a random ID (not linked to your name or email). It lets me see which visits come from the same browser, and whether you came back. It is stored only in your browser.

If you press No thanks, or do not choose, your visit is counted with a code that is made fresh every day from your connection and browser. I do not keep the connection or browser details, and the code is different tomorrow, so I cannot follow you from one day to the next.

If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is counted and I do not ask. Automated browsers are not counted either.

How long it is kept

Clicks and errors are deleted after 90 days. Page views and events are deleted after 13 months. Only I can see them, in a private dashboard, and I can choose to get a Telegram message when something happens, such as a card being opened.

Your choice

You can change your mind any time. This deletes the ID from this browser and asks you again.
